Create more playgrounds for children in the Raval

This proposal aims to enhance the well-being and development of children in the Raval neighborhood by creating new, safe, and inclusive playgrounds. As one of the most densely populated and diverse areas of Barcelona, Raval faces a critical shortage of child-friendly recreational spaces. Investing in additional playgrounds will support children's physical health, foster social interaction, and provide a vital community asset for families.

The initiative focuses on:

1. Inclusive Design: Ensuring playgrounds are accessible and engaging for children of all abilities, with equipment and areas designed for different age groups and needs.

2. Community-Driven Planning: Engaging Raval’s residents, including children, parents, and local organizations, in the planning and design process to create spaces that reflect the community's specific needs and cultural diversity.

3. Sustainability and Safety: Prioritizing the use of environmentally friendly materials, shaded areas, and robust safety measures to create long-lasting and secure spaces for play.
