Les colònies de gats comunitaris sovint es troben en situació de vulnerabilitat per obres, trasllats o manca d’espais adequats. La Llei 7/2023 obliga a protegir-los, però també tenim el deure ètic de garantir-los una vida digna.
Proposta:
Proposem crear un refugi segur i integrat a Horta Guinardó per acollir gats comunitaris, complir amb la normativa i promoure el benestar animal i la convivència al barri.
